For the past four years, I’ve been practicing regularly at Kala Yoga, a wonderful studio where I’ve found community and developed a passion for this profound discipline. I also recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the studio, an experience that further deepened my understanding and connection to the practice.
